About Me

I am a Psychotherapist and qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am trained to work with a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed and Existentialist Therapies. I am able to work with you and tailor therapy to your needs as we get to know one another. I recognise that one size does not fit all and I can offer a way of working which would be most helpful for you.

I offer a confidential, warm and safe space and help you to gain greater insight into what is going on for you. Therapy can help you uncover blind spots and together we can discover the root causes of the challenges you face. After spending time exploring where you are now, we can turn our focus to the future and map out what your hopes and goals are and how you can work towards them. During your therapeutic journey you can take time to connect with your values, belief, hopes and dreams, which in turn leads to a more fulfilling and rich life.
