My Approach
I am a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults aged 16 and over. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have experience supporting people from diverse cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, and sexual identities. I am committed to providing a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space, including for clients from LGBTQIA+ communities and from the Global Majority.
I understand that each person's experiences, relationships, and identity are unique. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping you explore the challenges you are facing at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
